1学外语无捷径。

尽管不能否认,好的教材,辅助设备,老师,环境,以及个人的恒心乃至天分,都对学好外语有一定作用。然而绝不存在一种超越一切普通方法的神招妙术。国内近二十年来流行过无数的国外英语教材和五花八门的学习方法,然而无不是昙花一现。常识和专家早就告诉我们:学外语和学其他一种技能一样,只能靠日积月累,无论什么方法都一样。

2"成功"与否取决于具体目地。

十个学外语的人大概就有十种不同的目地。例如考级,职称,学分,工作需要,留学,进入外企,上网浏览,乃至于看懂产品说明书等等。目的不同,所要投入的时间和精力也大不相同。例如对于一个受过中等以上教育,除了"ABC"之外基本没有英语基础的人,看懂简短的英语的产品说明书也只需半小时。要通过英语六级则需三至五年时间(依上述条件的不同而异)。若要达到和自己的母语一样的水平,唯一的办法就是终生学习,天天使用。

3学习的方法和侧重点也取决于学习的目标。

我感到国内目前流行的英语教学方式太强调听,说,读,写面面俱到的训练。其实绝大多数英语学习者是没有或很少有机会"说"和"写"的。因此这种训练往往是事倍功半。因为学得再好不用很快就忘记了。对于绝大多数人来说,"读"是唯一有实际效用,也是唯一能够尽快掌握的技能。

4只要有明确的目标和兴趣,假以时日,任何人都可以学好一门甚至多门外语。

总而言之,从我个人的经历看,学好英语主要是兴趣和目标。这和做任何事没什么两样。很多人一开始兴趣浓厚,可渐渐就兴味索然了。这主要是缺乏明确的目标和动力。我开始学英语的目标是读懂简写本的英文小说,后来变成读懂英文原著。后来又希望能听懂英语广播,再后来又想能和外国人自由交谈。这期间当然还有许多小的阶段性目标。在每一个目标达到之后,你都会有一种成功的乐趣。如果漫无目的,或者好高鹜远,就会很快感到没趣或挫折。这是大多数人不能坚持下去的根本原因。至于什么教材,什么方法,都是些很次要的因素。其实这主要是因为其间断断续续,未能很好地坚持下去所至。因此,只有抱着浓厚的兴趣和目确的目标,任何语言都是可以学好的。

"Tess of the D’Urbervilles” is a famous British writer Thomas hardy's representative tragic work. Which is a very significant part among his Novels of Character and Environment, but which is also much controversial. The female leading role is a pure, good and beautiful country girl whose name is Tess. Being in a poor family, she has to comply with her mother's persuasion that goes to work in the landlord’ manor. It is here that she is raped by the landlord Alec. Then with pregnancy, she comes back home Unfortunately, not so long after she gives birth to a child, her baby dies of disease. In order to get rid of this terrible shadow, she goes to a milk factory miles away from her home as a milking worker and hopefully lives a complete new life. There, after Tess meets the pastor's son Angel Clare, they weave a romantic and beautiful story.

I think Tess must be a kind-hearted girl.

She endured so much pain, but she never complained about others. When she was young, she missed her best love. Then fate began to play jokes with her. A so-called gentleman cheated her and took away the most important thing of an un-married girl. No matter Tess was regretted or not, people around her, contained the church, all of them thought that she was a bad girl. She couldn’t get married. She couldn’t stay home to wait for her parents’ order to get married. She ran away and met her best love. Since she thought that she wasn’t innocence, she stood her deep love of Angel, and put the opportunities to other girls, those who can never compared to her.

At last, she got married to Angel, but the fact of her history made her husband angry and bad-tempered. She tried her best to make her husband happy, but he didn’t care what she had done, how sad she was. Until Angel found that he loved Tess very much, Tess had come back to the disgusted man. True love was a power. Tess killed the man, ran away with Angel, lived in others’ house, and be caught by the police. Although Tess would be in prison and be killed, she wouldn’t regret at last. After all, Angel really loved her at last.

Everybody will day dream sometimes. But we won’t care it any time. Tess’s father was a dreamer. We must think about ourselves. When somebody tells us a thing which is far away from our daily life, we must think about it carefully and investigate the fact. We are not fools. If what they say, what you believe, our world will become a mixture. We all know that we are just citizens of China, and students of Kashgar Teachers’ collage. Life is life. How can we fall into a hole of imagination? This imagination led Tess to death. That was the result.

In the old times of China, people also had a conception of innocence of girls. But did they think about men? Yeah, at that time, men were the host of world. Women just needed to give birth to babies, teach them, and do housework to their husband. That was a duty. Even though at present, we don’t have a judge on men either. We also meet problems on finding jobs. Because those companies think that our women are terrible. We can’t do many things but men can, we will give birth to babies but men don’t, every month we have several days of mental problems but men don’t. That’s unfair. We do so much, so it is right to give more opportunities to us.

At the ball, Tess missed her love. Nowadays, we need to be brave. And when the opportunity is coming, we must catch it in time. If we lose, we can hardly meet it again. The chance is given to the people who get the ready to. So we should prepare and chance will find us. And we need to learn refusing. If Tess refused to made friends with Alec, maybe she could avoid this disaster. In present times, many children know the relationship between women and men earlier. And also many of them don’t know. Actually, our society need to teach them in order to know what will happen or what they should do to protect themselves. Although most parents think that this is a bad thing beyond virtue, but it tends to the young to learn that.

We need forgiveness. We can see that Tess lived in a religion place, but those people didn’t get the thought of kind-hearted and forgiveness. As we are students who have the relief on Marxism, we have learned to be kind-hearted, but how about them? So we should be an atheism. We learn science, not ghosts.

After Tess went to the farm, she met her love again. She was afraid, was under pressure, and was shy on her first feeling of love. Why should we have a crime feeling after making a mistake? Just correct our mistakes, we are good persons too. Of course, we can not make mistakes if we know they are wrong.

We can not avoid problems either. Tess daren’t to tell Angel the truth. When Angel knew that, he couldn’t accept at once. In our daily life, we can meet many difficulties. And we may make mistakes. At that time, we must think highly of it and face it but not to avoid. Fact will come out unless you don’t do it. Most of us can not accept our relatives’ or friends’ betray. So face it earlier, maybe we can get forgiveness earlier.

Another important thing was that Tess’s family had many children. The poor environment made her have to approach to Alec. Should the poor do like this? There are many poor men in our country, but they find jobs for themselves, although the job is very hard to do. They make their own money and endure pains.

I just think of my family. I am the only child of my parents. They love me very much. And most of my life, they had a correct way to teach me. And I have grandparents. When I was young, four of them taught me to do housework. They said that I would be a good girl if I listened to them. And I always listened to them, contained other things, which might be wrong now. This winter vocation I went home. I found that they had many wrong conceptions. So I think that if I was as clever as now when I was young, maybe our family would be a good family. But when I think about the development of our society, my parents and grandparents did a good job already. So I regret a little that I love them not so much. And sometimes I quarreled with them. I should talk to them, right? That is to be a good daughter and granddaughter. Their thought may not catch up with the society. So it’s necessary to us to tell them the right or advanced thing.

Women’s reputation is higher and higher. It is quite different now. Men become good husbands who always listen to their wives. Maybe we must make this situation fairer. Two persons must respect each other, and then life will be better. My parents quarreled in winter vocation. It was a small thing. I don’t know why they quarreled. It seems that if you think more highly of another, you will have more words to say.

Tess is an excellent and outstanding woman. I am in sympathy with her and even admire her qualities and characters. She is a beautiful and noble resistance, but Tess is in the early development of the capitalist era, interwoven with various social contradictions, so simply relying on her own power can not get rid of the tragic fate. I love and take pity on Tess. Although Tess is dead, but her image has been retained in every reader's heart forever.

??Girls should be hard working, faithful, loyal, intelligent, and virtuous and the most important thing was she must be a maiden! If her husband was the first man who touched her then she was a good girl, a good wife no matter how she thought. 小学英语读书笔记 《英语课程标准》指出:学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。英语课程在目标设定、教学过程、课程评价和教学资源的开发等方面都要突出以学生为主体的思想。

笔者认为,树立“对话”意识,运用新课程理念备好课是基础和前提。

一、与教材对话:源于教材,高于教材

每一套教材都代表着某一种教学理念和实践方法,教师在使用一套新教材之时,应站在编者的角度钻研全套教材,努力理解和领会教材编写者的教学思想和设计精神,把握教材的特点,使之在我们的教学中得以充分体现。与教材对话,首先要尊重教材,读透教材;与教材对话,更要超越教材,走向生活。我们不妨尝试“一课三案”:钻研教材,独立思考,形成“初案”;博采众长,融会贯通,写出“教案”;课后反思,精益求精,补充“另案”。

江苏版的《牛津小学英语》教材按照话题——功能——结构的体例编写,在备课时,我们可着力于话题生活化,功能结构协调化。在“初案”中,我们应该重点研读教材,明确教学语言与语境语言,把握关键语句与困难语句;在“教案”形成阶段,我们应分析语用因素,结合师情学情,选择设计各环节活动:课后,结合教学实际再回头看自己的教材解读,及时补充“另案”必不可少。“另案”中,可以反思一节课对教材处理的成功之举、败笔之处、学生感受,当然,对教材的“再教设计”是最终目的。我们对教材的研读应该追求从“有它无我”到“有它有我”,最后达到“有我无它”的洒脱境界。

二、与学生对话:关注学情,真心真意

学生是学习的主人,我们的“教”应该为学生的“学”服务。在备课时,教师还应该时时在心中与学生对话,在与学生充分对话的基础上进行的备课活动才能真正体现学生的学习主体地位。

“你对这个话题了解了多少?”——牛津小学英语每一个单元都有一个话题。在我们设计新单元的教学时,这个问题可以提示我们尊重学生的已有经验,关注学生的学习基础,在学生已知已会的基础之上设计教学内容,把属于学生的时间还给学生。

“通过这节课你将学到什么?你是怎么学的?还可以学得更好吗?”——新课程呼唤我们的教学从知识本位回归到三维目标。这一连串问题指向的就是一节课中知识与技能、方法与过程、情感态度与价值观的目标达成。长期以来,我们的英语教学一直比较关注学生对英语知识的掌握情况,忽略了学生学习过程中的感受及体验。其实,真正的有效教学就是要让学生从浅层次的“学会”上升到“会学”与“乐学”,这样的学习才会让学生的终身学习获益。

在备课过程中,我们还要结合教材内容。预设大量的与学生的对话。在这个过程中,我们要注意与学生的对话交流必须付出真心真情。教师真心真意对待学生,才能让孩子们之间真心真意,课堂才会真实。这些年的英语教学实践证明,我们已经从期待表演的、热闹的、师生对答如流的课堂转变为期待真实的课堂和真实的交流。真实的教学问题、自然的教学过程、和谐的教学氛围才能最大程度地促进学生综合语言运用能力的形成。

三、与自己对话:勤于反思,勇于实践

作为教师,我们是否有勇气常常与自己对话,反思自己教学实践过程中的不足并及时加以弥补呢?叶澜先生曾经说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年反思可能成为名师。”

Jane Eyre was published in 1847 under the androgynous pseudonym of "Currer Bell." The publication was followed by widespread success. Utilizing two literary traditions, the Bildungsroman and the Gothic novel, Jane Eyre is a powerful narrative with profound themes concerning genders, family, passion, and identity. It is unambiguously one of the most celebrated novels in British literature.

Born in 1816, Charlotte Bronte was the third daughter of Patrick Bronte, an ambitious and intelligent clergyman. According to Newsman, all the Bronte children were unusually precocious and almost ferociously intelligent, and their informal and unorthodox educations under their father’s tutelage nurtured these traits. Patrick Bronte shared his interests in literature with his children, toward whom he behaved as though they were his intellectual equals. The Bronte children read voraciously. Charlotte’s imagination was especially fired by the poetry of Byron, whose brooding heroes served as the prototypes for characters in the Bronte’s juvenile writings as well as for such figures as Mr. Rochester in Jane Eyre (2)。 Bronte’s formal education was limited and sporadic – ten months at the age of 8 at Cowan Bridge Clergy Daughters’ School (the model for Lowood Institution in Jane Eyre),eighteen months from the age of 14 at Roe Head School of Miss Margaret Wooler (the model for Ms. Temple) (Nestor 3-4)。According to Newman, Bronte then worked as a teacher at Roe Head for three years before going to work as a governess. Seeking an alternative way of earning money, Charlotte Bronte went to Brussels in 1842 to study French and German at the Pensionnat Heger, preparing herself to open a school at the parsonage. She seems to have fallen in love with her charismatic teacher, Constantin Heger. The experience seems on a probable source for a recurrent feature in Bronte’s fiction: “relationships in which the inflammatory spark of intellectual energy ignites an erotic attraction between a woman and a more socially powerful man” (Newman 6)。 The Brontes’ efforts to establish a school at the parsonage never got off the ground. Still seeking ways to make money, Charlotte published, with her sisters, the unsuccessful Poems by Currer, Ellis, and Acton Bell. Her first effort to publish a novel, The Professor, was also unsuccessful. Jane Eyre, published in October 1847, however, was met with great enthusiasm and became one of the best sellers. As “Currer Bell” Bronte completed two more novels, Shirley and Villette. She married Reverend William Bell Nicholls in 1854 and died nine months later, at the age of thirty-nine in 1855 (Nestor 4-5)。

1、 小学英语教师要不断提高自身的业务修养不仅是教育教学方面的也是语音方面的至少要做到与教材录音带在发音方面保持一致。教师的发音是学生模仿的主要对象之一对学生的英语语音学习起指导和示范作用。在英、美英语相互交融、美国英语盛行的今天作为英语教师学习并掌握美国英语乃大势所趋面对新形势要不断加强学习更新自己的知识结构找出英语和美语的主要差异如词汇、读音、拼写等方面。

词语方面之不同简单举例如下

而英国英语和美国英语的最大差别在于发音rp和ga之间在音素、单词发音、重音和句子语调方面均存在明显差异。因此同时向学生灌输两种英语发音势必会给他们的学习造成混乱与困惑。另外在母语的环境里开始学习一门外语很多学生本来就带有畏难情绪再让他们同时学习两种英语发音无疑会给他们增加不必要的负担挫伤他们学习英语的积极性。读音方面简例如下

1)在passbathaskcan’tfast这一类单词中rp念作/α :/而ga则为//成了/ps/ /bs/ /sk/ /knt/ /fst/。

2)字母o在重读闭音节中rp念为/ /ga念为/α /

3)在ga中只要单词中有r字母就需发相应的/ r /音但在rp中/ r /音只出现在元音前如:
