I think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child. we'd go fishing, walks, and other fun things for a kid.

But father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.

When i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.

I learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.

Like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. (Motivational model yuedu.)so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’， ‘don’t waste time on the computer games, ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan ? reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it

Years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad,cause you are the hero in my mind.

She is hard-working ,kind and patient.I remember one time I went to apicnic.She looks after me all the way.She has two children，one is me,another ismy elder brother.My mother like us very much.

I like her very much!I hope my family will happily all the way.

I enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation. But life in the university is not as satisfactory as what I had expected. I become lazy and don't want to study.I become silcent. I become puzzled. I don't know what I can do in the future. Then I become unhappy.

Four years in the university is only a short period when compared my whole lifetime. Now it has passed a half. In this year, many people ,such as my parents,my friends, ask me what I want to do and tell me to map out a plan for my life. I don't want to follow their suggestion, and I want to go my style. So I think carefully. I have been a young volunteer(志愿者) for five years.It's very happy and significant. Then I have a dream.I want to join the University Student Volunteers Go West Programe. I think I can be a teacher in the west.I want to try my best to help them and help me. I want to see the world cearly. Now I can't reach its demand and it's very diffcult,but I will work hard in the next two years. There is an old saying"where there is a will,there is a way.(有志者事竟成)"I think my dream can come ture.Now in the university I mature,and in the university I prepare for the real world.

At last,I want to say to everybody"Hlod fast to your dreams,no matter how big or small they are.The path to dreams may not be smooth and wide,even some sacrifices are needed.But hold on to the end,you can find there is no geater happiness than making your dream come ture."

What would you say when you are under work pressure, "stressed out andfrantic" or "challenged and energized"? There is very little physiologicaldifference between the two, says a growing contingent of experts who claim worksstress has an upside. These experts believe that stress can strengthen you ortear you down. In most cases, you can choose.

Give stress a good name why recent work stress -- it's an indicator thatyour career is advancing. Think of a heavy work load as an exciting opportunityto push yourself, learn new skills and show your mettle. Complaining depletesyour energy; instead greet an overloaded day with optimism. Tell yourself, "Thisis a challenge i am capable of handling."

Put it in perspective sometimes it's impossible to talk about the positiveside of stress -- say your computer crashes and you lose valuable work -- butyou can moderate your reaction. Rate your distress on a scale of 1 to 10, 1being mild irritation and 10 extreme panic or anger.

Now, rank the importance of the situation from 1 ( a notice )to 10 ( you'refired ). If your distress ranks higher than the seriousness of the situation,ask yourself: Is this something i will remember in four years, four months, fourdays? Then downshift your response accordingly, saving your emotinal energy fordisasters.
